WEEK-LONG RIDE FEES
Week-Long Ride Fees cover all meals, campground privileges, entertainment and all rides. EVERYONE must pay full TRAIL RIDE FEES whether they or not they eat the meals or ride.

If you arrive before 3:00 p.m., you will be charged a daily fee for that day. Weekend rides are NOT available the weekend before or after scheduled rides and from November 1 through April 1 when the campground is closed.
 
HOLIDAY WEEKEND RIDE FEES
Trail Ride Fees for Holiday Weekend Rides may vary from regular Weekend Ride Fees due to Holiday Weekend Package various inclusions, such as meals. Please e-mail, call or check our schedule on the home page for pricing & additional information.

PRIVATE GROUPS & CLUBS
Special rides for groups and/or clubs are available. You may select a weekend or a week. Call for further information.
 
ARRIVING EARLY
Campers arriving early and staying for the Full Ride will only be charged electric for the days before the ride. All others will be charged a daily rate. NO ARRIVALS PRIOR to Friday before the start of the organized rides. "Day riders" will be charged $15.00 per person plus food.

MEALS
Registration Fee covers three meals each day, prepared in our kitchen, beginning Monday at breakfast and ending the following Sunday at breakfast for buffet style dining. Lunches are delivered on the trails for all day rides. For early arrivers, meals will be provided on Sunday night prior to actual ride week at additional, reasonable prices.
REGISTER EARLY
Stalls and campsites are limited, so register no later than 14 days prior to the first day of the ride. Reservations are accepted on a first come basis, so mail your reservation form with deposits early. Deposits are $10.00 per person, $10.00 per campsite and $20.00 per stall. Deposits are applied to the total amount due. If you phone for reservations, a deposit must still be mailed and received within one week of your call. Primitive camping needs no reservation fee, but is on a first come basis.
 
PETS & STALLIONS

ANYONE BRINGING A PET OF ANY KIND, MUST KEEP THAT ANIMAL ON A LEASH, HARNESS, LEAD ROPE OR CONFINED. NO LOOSE ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON THE TRAILS OR IN THE CAMPGROUND. NO EXOTIC ANIMALS ALLOWED.

ALL STUDS ARE REQUIRED TO BE IN STUD STALLS AND ARE NOT TO BE ON PICKET LINES FOR ANY REASON.

 
COGGINS & HEALTH CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS

All horses entering must have PROOF of CURRENT Negative Coggins test within the past 12 months in order to enter the grounds.

STATE LAW REQUIRES US TO REFUSE ADMISSIONS TO HORSES WHO DO NOT HAVE A NEGATIVE COGGINS TEST.

ALL OUT OF STATE HORSES MUST HAVE A CURRENT HEALTH CERTIFICATE.
